How It Works

Once our clients are in need of our services, there are several ways of getting in touch with us. The easiest way being a phone call. Our phone lines are open from 9am until 7pm.

Once we have your enquiry come through, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. The phone call will help us establish an idea of the kind of services you are in need of.

If you already have architectural plans prepared, we will request for those to be sent over to us via email as it will enable us to put together structural calculations. Once these structural calculations and working drawings are produced, we will hand these over to building control and contractors.

However, if our clients do not already have architectural plans in place, we can arrange for a suitable time to visit the house that needs renovating and discuss architectural plans. Once we have completed those architectural plans, we will send it off to the council for planning approval. Once the approval is received, we then move onto completing structural calculations and working on drawings.

We will personally deliver the drawings and structural calculations to our client and ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with the work we have delivered. We will also leave behind our business card with our contact information provided so we can work with our clients again in the future on more exciting projects!
